Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ATSwala (“ATSwala,” “we,” “us”), available at atswala.in and related apps and APIs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ATSwala.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older to use ATSwala.
• You may sign in only via Google or LinkedIn. We do not offer email/password accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your social login secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is not allowed.

2. Plans, pricing, and payments

ATSwala offers a free tier and the following paid plans, billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed by Razorpay:

• Single (₹39) — 7 days of access for one resume.
• Week (₹99) — 7 days of unlimited access across your resumes.
• Month (₹249) — 30 days of unlimited access with premium features.

All plans are pay-per-use. There are no auto-renewals or recurring charges. Prices include any applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing for future purchases; existing access already paid for is honoured at the price you paid.

3. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment if you have not yet generated a detailed ATS report or downloaded a PDF.

4. AI features and the “no guarantee” rule

ATSwala uses AI (including Anthropic’s Claude) to generate bullet rewrites, summaries, scores, roasts, and recommendations. AI output:

• May contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.
• Is not legal, career, or financial advice.
• Does not guarantee that you will pass any specific ATS, get an interview, or be hired. ATS systems change; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

You are responsible for the final content of any resume you send to employers.

5. Your content

You own the resume content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant ATSwala a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, display, and modify that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (for example, generating ATS scores, AI rewrites, and PDF downloads).

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
• Submit resumes or information you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or security measures.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the Service, our content, or our AI outputs in bulk.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to ATSwala or its users.
• Use ATSwala to spam or harass any person or organisation.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Sharing and referrals

Resume Roast cards, score snapshots, and share links you create using ATSwala may be shared publicly at your option. Anyone with the link may view those shared artifacts. Referral rewards are subject to our anti-abuse rules; fraudulent referrals (self-refer, bots, fake accounts) will not be honoured and may lead to account suspension.

8. Our intellectual property

The ATSwala name, logo, brand, website, software, templates, and content (other than your content) are owned by ATSwala and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them as part of the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Supabase, Anthropic, Razorpay, Resend, Vercel, PostHog, Google, LinkedIn). Their terms and policies apply to their portion of the experience. We are not responsible for outages or behaviour of those services beyond our control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suited to your needs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSwala and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or job opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify ATSwala, its team, and its vendors against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to email us at support@atswala.in and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in-product or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
