Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every rupee you spend on ATSwala. This page explains when we issue refunds, when we don’t, and how to ask for one. By making a purchase on ATSwala, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms of Service.

- You can request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
- Refunds are not available once you have generated a detailed ATS report or downloaded a PDF resume.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay in 5–7 business days.
1. When you are eligible for a refund
You can request a full refund if all of the following are true:
- The request is made within 24 hours of the payment timestamp.
- You have not generated a detailed (paid) ATS report on the plan.
- You have not downloaded a PDF resume on the plan.
- You have not used a paid AI feature more than 3 times.
- The payment was made on your own account (not a gift to someone else who has already used the features).
2. When refunds are not available
Because most ATSwala value (AI rewrites, detailed reports, PDFs) is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” refunds are not available once you have consumed the core paid output. Specifically:
- A detailed ATS report has been generated.
- You have downloaded a PDF resume on the paid plan.
- The 24-hour window has passed.
- The account has been suspended for violating our Terms.
- Free plan usage — there is nothing to refund on the free tier.
3. Failed, duplicate, or unauthorised payments
If you were charged twice for the same plan, charged for a plan that was never activated, or believe a payment was made without your authorisation, email us right away with your order ID and we’ll investigate. These are processed outside the 24-hour window above.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@atswala.in from the email address linked to your ATSwala account, with the subject line “Refund request”, and include:
- Your Razorpay payment ID or order ID (in your receipt email).
- The plan you bought (Single ₹39 / Week ₹99 / Month ₹249).
- The date and time of payment.
- A short reason for the refund (helps us improve).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and tell you whether it qualifies under this policy.
5. How long refunds take
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or netbanking). Razorpay typically settles the refund in 5–7 business days; actual posting to your account depends on your bank or wallet provider.
Once a plan is refunded, the corresponding access is revoked. You can purchase again at any time.
6. Goodwill exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion — for example, if the Service was genuinely broken on the day of your purchase, or if you can show that a feature you specifically paid for did not work for you. Always reach out; we’d rather you be happy than rigid about a rule.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. The policy in effect on the date of your payment is the policy that applies to that payment.
