- How long does a reply take?
- Usually within one business day (Mon–Fri, IST). Refunds and privacy requests are handled within 2 business days.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 24 hours of payment if you haven’t generated a detailed ATS report or downloaded a paid PDF. Full details in our Refund Policy.
